While the Inter-House Council touches on issues that span the whole of the University, its largest focus is on matters related to housing facilities, dining, transportation, and security. As such, communication with the administration is key to improving students' experience with those services.

Our lifeline to the administration at the University is our advisor, Heath M. Rossner, Senior Associate Director of Residence Life in Housing & Residence Life. He attends each Inter-House Council meeting, connects us with administrators throughout the college, and brings an informed and insightful perspective to all of our discussions.

In addition, we have had a number of guests attend the Inter-House Council's meetings. Those who have attended recently include: John Boyer, Dean of the College; Richard Mason, Assistant Vice President for Campus Life and Associate Dean in the College; Sophia R. Chaknis, Executive Director of Housing & Residence Life and Assistant Dean in the College; Jimmy Brown, Director of Reynolds Club & Student Invovlement in the Center for Leadership & Involvement; and Dr. David Albert, Director of Student Counseling Service.
